Your Role: What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home health services

• Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, and therapists to ensure high-quality patient care

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

• Coordinate patient care with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor and improve clinical quality metrics and team performance

• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for both patients and staff

Your Qualifications: What You Bring

• Active Nevada RN license in good standing

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in home health (required)

• Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and home health protocols

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team
