What You’ll Do

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans

• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence at home

• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers for holistic care

• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed

• Promote safety, functionality, and independence

What You Bring

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

• CPR certification

• Home health experience preferred but not required

• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
