Your Role & Responsibilities

• Create & Implement Care Plans – Assess each patient’s condition and develop personalized care strategies

• Coordinate Patient Care – Communicate effectively with families, providers, and care teams to ensure continuity

• Educate & Empower – Support patients and caregivers with knowledge and training for successful at-home care

What You’ll Need

• Active Nevada RN license

• Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

• CPR and First Aid certification (TB testing support available)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Home health experience preferred, but not required
