What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled, hands-on nursing care in patients’ homes

• Develop and manage individualized care plans

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to optimize outcomes

• Educate families, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed

• Keep documentation clean and timely—with the help of AI

What You Bring:

• Active Nevada RN license (required)

• CPR and First Aid certification (TB testing support available)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program

• Bonus: Home health experience is a plus
