At Dependable Home Health of Nevada, we’re redefining what quality care looks like at home—and we’re looking for a skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to help lead the way. We equip our clinicians with Roger—an AI-powered charting assistant loaded onto mobile devices—to streamline documentation and let you focus more on care and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct and manage day-to-day clinical operations for home health services

• Supervise and mentor RNs, LVNs, and therapists to ensure exceptional care delivery

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations

• Monitor documentation and reporting for accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Track and improve clinical quality metrics and team performance

• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for both staff and patients

What You Bring:

• Active Nevada RN license in good standing

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

• 3+ years of leadership experience in home health (required)

• Proven understanding of Medicare regulations and home health protocols

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary clinical team
