What You’ll Do

• Create and execute tailored care plans for patients at home

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in a one-on-one setting

• Coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

• Monitor patient progress and adapt care as needed

What You Bring

• Active Nevada RN license

• CPR and First Aid certification (we assist with TB testing)

• Valid NV driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Home health experience preferred, not required
