What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Current Nevada LPN license in good standing

• Nevada Class C Driver’s License and dependable transportation

• CPR and First Aid certification

• TB clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• One year of home health experience preferred
