What You’ll Need

• A Nevada LPN license in good standing

• Valid Nevada Class C Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• TB clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program

• At least 1 year of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred

• A genuine passion for patient care and a dedication to quality
