Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct in-home evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans

• Deliver progressive, goal-focused physical therapy

• Educate and empower patients and caregivers

• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment

• Document efficiently and accurately with the help of AI tools

• Stay sharp with continued education and training opportunities

What You Bring:

• Active Nevada PT license

• Prior home health experience (required)

• CPR certified

• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

• A reliable vehicle, NV driver’s license, and a patient-first mindset
