What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage custom care plans based on patient needs and goals

• Deliver hands-on nursing care in the comfort of each patient’s home

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Monitor progress and adjust care to support positive health outcomes

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in Nevada (required)

• CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll help with TB testing if needed)

• Reliable transportation and valid NV driver’s license

• Nursing degree from an accredited program

• Bonus: Experience in home health nursing
