What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Patient Intakes: Collect and organize referral and medical documentation with precision.

• Coordinate With Providers: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and care teams to ensure continuity.

• Handle Insurance & Authorizations: Verify coverage and secure timely approvals to avoid delays.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Enter and manage patient information in EMRs and digital systems.

• Stay Compliant: Uphold HIPAA and privacy standards with every piece of information.

• Support Patients & Families: Communicate clearly, professionally, and with compassion.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare environment — Home Health experience strongly preferred.

• Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in EMR systems, medical terminology, and insurance procedures.

• Detail-Oriented: You catch what others miss and keep processes running smoothly.

• Strong Communicator: Confident and compassionate with patients, families, and providers.

• Adaptable: Comfortable with shifting priorities and occasional evening/weekend needs.
