• Smart Documentation: Leverage our AI assistant, Roger, for efficient mobile charting.

• Collaborative Care: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families for holistic support.

• Strategic Impact: Drive team performance, meet organizational goals, and manage resources.

• Patient Advocacy: Be a reliable guide for patients and families navigating care at home.

Who You Are:

• A licensed RN in Nevada (in good standing)

• A leader with 3+ years of home health clinical management experience

• A pro at navigating home health regulations and ensuring compliance

• A strong communicator and team builder who leads with clarity and compassion

• A steady, mission-driven professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment

• BSN preferred
