✅ Ongoing Monitoring – Track patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.

What You Bring

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• License: Active RN license in Nevada.
• Experience: Home health experience required.
• Certification: Current BLS certification.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
• Technology: Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
