What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll make a real impact by helping patients regain mobility and independence through:

What We’re Looking For

• Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure – Active Nevada Physical Therapist license.
• Experience – One year of home health experience preferred.
