We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
• 1 year home health or hospice experience preferred
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification
• Possess valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation
