Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving Northeast Las Vegas.
This part-time opportunity is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships with patients, and providing exceptional care in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do
Perform skilled nursing visits throughout Northeast Las Vegas
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
Provide wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing treatments
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable home health regulations
What We're Looking For
Current, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous Home Health nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
