How You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

• Teach adaptive techniques to improve daily living skills and safety

• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs and Home Health Aides

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate progress with providers

What You Bring

Education & License:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active Nevada OT license

Experience:

• Home health experience preferred

Certifications:

• Current CPR certification

Skills:

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
